Getting married at Mylau Castle

Give your wedding a unique setting and get married at Mylau Castle!

You can arrange a date together with the registrar during the wedding consultation. For small weddings with up to 12 guests, our historic castle chapel is available as a stylish setting for your ceremony. Do you have more guests? Then you can also be married in the historic council chamber of the town of Mylau.

For your wedding ceremony it is necessary to fill in the Terms of agreement document and to hand it in at the Museum Burg Mylau at least 4 weeks before your wedding date.

You could have a small drink served in both rooms or perhaps you have other wishes to make your special day unforgettable. Please download the corresponding agreement for the serving of sparkling wine, print it out twice and hand in both signed copies together with the agreement for the use of the rooms in Mylau Castle Museum.

Celebrations at Mylau Castle

You are welcome to celebrate in the Council Chamber after the wedding ceremony. Perhaps you would like to celebrate your birthday or a company anniversary in a special place.
